Resolution (#2007-0003)

Whereas, we the duly elected members of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Liberian Community Association of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (FoLiCAM), constituting the required simple majority as stipulated in Article XIII, Section 8 of the constitution, convening at 24 Waterford Street, in the city of Lowell, state of Massachusetts, on this 3rd day of June in the year of Our Lord 2007, do hereby resolved
And ascribe to the following:

1. That the panel of names including Mrs. Georgia Tiah, Ms. Delores Adighbe, Miss Dekontee Brown, Mr. David Morris, Mr. George Gailor, and Dr. Sam Beh; constituted by the President of Folicam and presented to this Honorable Body to form part of the election commission of Folicam has been conform and commissioned and is here by declared the official election commission for Folicam.

2. That said Election Commission is hereby empowered by the Board to elect a corps of officers from within its members to administer the affairs of the commission.

3. That, for the purpose of free and fair election the commission will be an autonomous body with no influence from administration whatsoever and will work strictly in line with the constitution.
